At Train-Era, we believe in building a fitness community that values trust, commitment, and clarity. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our Cancellation, Refund, Shipping, and Delivery Policy below:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your gym membership by submitting a written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Monthly Plans

Cancellations must be submitted 7 days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Annual Plans

You may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued after the 14-day window (see refund policy below).

Important Note

Personal training sessions and special fitness programs require a 24-hour notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Membership Fees

We offer a 60% refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of the initial sign-up and the user has not utilized the facility.

Merchandise & Supplements

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personal Training Packages

Non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Any unused sessions may be credited or rescheduled, subject to trainer availability.

Shipping Policy

For Merchandise & Fitness Products

We offer nationwide delivery for our gym merchandise, supplements, and fitness accessories.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Flat rate of ₹80 for orders below.

Tracking

A tracking ID will be provided once your order is shipped.

For online fitness programs, diet plans, and digital guides:

Digital Access

Access to digital products will be provided via email or app login within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
